We provide three different options for those looking to take their training to the next level.
One-on-One Training
The cornerstone of PRS FIT is our unparalleled one-on-one training programs. One of our world class coaches will individually work with you to reach your biggest dreams. Personalized training plans
Our PRS FIT customized training plans are a great solution to your training needs when a one-on-one coach is not an option. Our customized sessions allow you to boost your performance, on or off the roads. The workouts are designed to maximize specificity of training that will translate to improved times and performance. Unlike other ‘prebuilt’ plans, we personalize your plan based on your previous experience and individual goals.

Camps and clinics
PRS FIT endurance camps and clinics help runners become better, faster, and smarter athletes. We provide an educational and inspirational experience for endurance athletes of all types. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable experience and arm you with knowledge, allow you to make new friends, and leave with a greater love for the sport.
