Half Marathon Programs
This Half Marathon program for the beginner athlete starts off with walk/run sessions. Our suggestion is that you have already completed a 5K or 10K event, however, if your experience is limited don't be afraid in selecting this Half Marathon program. Each week the sessions will increase in run time and also increase in total distance or time. Confidence is gained throughout the 16 weeks by gradually increasing your time and distance which will assess and predict your best race pace. As your fitness improves, intensity in certain workouts will also be added. This program is very, very fun!

Half Marathon programs for the intermediate start out with an assessment week to define your personal training parameters. Our suggestion is that you have finished at least one half marathon and can allocate 5-6 hours per week to training. This program will take you through a series of gradually increasing workouts designed to ensure your personal best performance on race day.
