"I have found over the years that each person we coach is different. Being available to answer questions, and address any difficulties that arise are key to the development of that individual. At PRS Fit we have put together a staff of people dedicated to helping our clients establish, and maintain, a fitness program that not only provides the foundation to train successfully, but will also help develop a healthier and happier lifestyle."
"The many years of experience, competition, and education mean nothing if I can't pass it on to you. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you."

I developed a love for running at a very early age. I came from a family of runners. My earliest running memory was when I was 5 years old. I went to the track with my family. I started to run; my shoes were not good for running, so I took them off. I ran 1 mile…my first of many miles. The people on the track and my family were so encouraging to me, and I knew it was what I loved to do. I’ve run and worked out my whole life. My dream was to be a personal trainer. I didn’t necessarily want to be stuck in the gym all day, but I wanted to be with other athletes and train. I met Coach Jeff 6 years ago, and that is when my dream started to become a reality. He taught me and trained me, and I was able to get certified as a personal trainer. Athletes are the most amazing people I know, and it is a joy to work with them. I have had many times where coaches or athletes have helped me complete a race when I thought I had no more strength in me. I enjoy teaching others what I have learned through my training. My first passion is running, but I have made the transition to triathlons. I cannot think of anything I would rather do than to be a trainer. I love working, training, and learning from all of our amazing athletes.
