Our methodology is based on the training methods of Doctor Arthur Lydiard, Joe Friel, Dr Phil Maffetone and others. These have been adapted for running, triathlon and ultra running and combined with knowledge from NASM, ACSM, the International Triathlon Coaches Association (ITCA) and more. We provide one-on-one coaching for endurance athletes in running, triathlon and ultra running races based anywhere in the world.
